Washoku; 牛庵（Gyuuan）

Sukiyaki is one of the most famous Japanese foods.

This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce ‟Gyuuan（牛庵）” which is located in Higashiginza.

‟Gyuuan” provides Sukiyaki and Kobe beef steak.

The interior in the restaurant looks like an old Japanese house.

Rice, Miso soup, Raw egg

When Japanese peple eat Sukiyaki, they use a raw egg as sauce.

The restaurant provides Sukiyaki on the hot iron plate.

Sukiyaki is very hot.

‟Cyclo” is a Vietnam cusine restaurant located near Roppongi Station.
At ‟Cyclo”, there are many foregners.
Because, many foregners live in around Roppongi area.

Yakiniku; 牛の蔵（Ushinokura）

This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce ‟Ushinokura（牛の蔵）” which provides Yakiniku.
‟Ushinokura” provides beef raised in Kagoshima Prefecture.
At ‟Ushinokura（牛の蔵）” , all beef type is A5 rank.
A5 rank's beef is very special.
