Yakitori: 庭つ鳥(Niwatsudori)

In Tokyo, there many restaurants which provide Yakitori.
Most of the restaurants, there often smoke.
But, there are few popular restaurants which provide Yakitori.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce ‟庭つ鳥(Niwatsudori)” .
‟Niwatsudori” is alway packed.
‟Niwatsudori” is very clean and nice. 

‟Niwatsudori” has the license to dismantle chickens.
Every day, ‟Niwatsudori” cooks fresh chicken.

cafe; Binya Coffee

This time I will introduce Binya Coffee that is very sophiscatedly cafe in Ebisu.
The cafe has very relaxed atmosphere.

 
At the cafe, a cup of coffee is served with beautiful dishes.

The cake is rich-tasting cream cheese. Marmalade jam is very nice.

Ramen; 喜楽(Kiraku)

In Tokyo, there many ramen shops which provide various type of ramen.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce a ramen shop ‟(喜楽)Kiraku” in Shibuya.
‟Kiraku” is one of the well-established ramen shops in Shibuya.
It has lined up in front of the ramen shop before opening time.

 

Many customers order ‟中華麺(Chuukamen)”.

Cafe ;CAFE LANDMANN

In Tokyo, there are various restaurants.
Because many famous restaurants run brunch shops.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce a vienna cafe ‟CAFE  LANDMANN” in Omotesando.
 ‟CAFE  LANDMANN” which was opened in 1873 is a very famous old cafe in Vienna now.
In Omotesando, the cafe was opened as the first overseas franchise.
Omotesando is very fashonable city in Tokyo.
The cafe is a calm atmosphere.

 
Viennese consomme soup with meat liver, semolina dumpling, noodles and vegetables.




Potato soup with sour cream
The taste is very richy.



Fried veal escalope with cassis jam
Cassis jam is very good sauce for fried veal escalope.

Italian cuisine; La pastaione

There are many Italian restaurants which provide original pasta in Tokyo.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce an Italian restaurant which is listed in Michelin Guide Tokyo 2015.

‟La pastaione” is located near Azabujuban.
At ‟La pastaione”, the chef who has trained to cook in restaurants in Italy cooks original pasta.
‟La pastaione” means women who like pasta.

Fresh vegetables are very nice.

 
Spaghetti with urchin, egg plant and tomato sauce
This pasta is very famous at ‟La pastaione”.
The chef is making this tomato sause to reproduct as it which is made in Central Italy.
This sause is carefully stewed source for hours.
This pasta is richy taste and nice.
Urchin's taste is good acccent of taste.




Home-made tagliorini with sardine, fresh tomato,caper, peperocino hot pepper and olive paste
Home-made tagliorini is crunchy.
