This time I will introduce the ramen shop that is ‟むぎとオリーブ”(‟mugi to olive”;it means ‟wheat and olive” in Enligsh)in Ginza where is one of the classy area in Tokyo. The atmosphere of the ramen shop is like a nice cafe.

I got a ticket from the vending machine.

Tokyo Geisha had a ramen “speciality made triple soba of a chicken and dried small sardines and the clam”.

The ramen has a feature. Char siu, one half boiled seasoned egg and seaweeds are on another plate. You are able to add them when you like.

Adding scallion with olive oil is good,if desired.

In the ramen, chewy noodle and soup create a vest mix for making good tastes.
