Washoku; miniyon 坂ノ上（Miniyon Sakanoue）

Shibuya is one the most popular city in tokyo.Every day, there's very crowded.

This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce Miniyon sakanoue, japanese restaurant in Shibuya.
Miniyon sakanoue looks like a modern cafe. the restaurant have changed french food menu to japanese food menu since March this year.

The restaurants is providing food cooked by Duch oven that is very famous.

Raviolis a la vapeur is delicious. you are able to have it with japanese pepper.Vegetables roasted by Dutch oven are nice, the taste is natural.
Rolled egg is traditional japanese food. Japanese people have it with grated raddish.

 This fish  is french style's taste.
