Washoku; たき下(takishita)

Grilled fish is one of the national japanese food.
Recently, japanese people that make grilled fish at home are decreasing.
Because it is chore to clean the griller after making grilled fish.
Japanese companies has developing the disposable tool for those who don't want to use the griller to make  gilled fish in a maicrowave, it is very convenient.
This time Tokyo Geisha will introduce a japanese restaurant ‟takishita”that provides grilled fish menu in Azabujuban.
Azabujuban is near fasionable residenatial area like Roppongi.
But there is remaining old town's atmosphere.
‟Takishita” is japanese style restaurant.
There is a room with tatami flooring.
The restaurant's lunch menu is very popular. Before opening the restaurant, few people often in front of there.

Furikake in japanese, japanese peope put it on the rice.
