Washoku; 本むら庵(Honmuraan)

Saba is one of the most popular japanese food.
In Tokyo, there are many affordable soba shops for businessmen.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce "Honmuraan" that is famous for soba.
"Honmuraan" is located in residential area in Ogikubo.
"Honmuraan" is established in 1924.

 
 



Japanese dishes are displayed around entrance.


"Japanese Green Tea"

 
"Tempura"
This is common japanese conger.
 
 
"Zarusoba"
"Honmuraan" uses buckwheat floor made in japan and makes soba while the chef think temperature and season.


"Okamesoba"
This is hot soba with various ingredients.


"Honmuraan" has a garden near the window.
Customers are able to see the Bonsai in the garden while they have soba.
