Chinese; チャーハン王（Chaahanou）

Fried rice (chaahan) is one of the most popular chinese foods.
But many Japanese people like it very much.
This time , Tokyo Geisha will introduce a restaurant ‟Chaahanou”that provides fried rice as only main menu in Shinbashi.
‟Chaahanou” is very popular restaurant with businessmen who work around Shinbashi.
Every day, there is a long line in front of there.

 

‟Chaahanou” provides a set menu, fried rice and soup.

In the menu, it is written about how to eat the menu.
e.g. At first, you should taste the soup and then you should have fried rice without adding spice.
      After you finish having half portion of the fried rice, you should have it with soy vinegar souce.
      If you like chill oil, you should add it.
      After that, you should have it with the rest of the soup.

 

Soup is very richy taste.

It testes like a ramen soup.

 

Fried rice is nice.

Especilly, fried rice and chill oil are good combination.

According to the restaurant menu, they have three magic ingredients,Japanese cattle, secret souce, cooking ingredients for three days.

Chinese; たけくま（Takekuma）

In Chinese restaurants menu , many japanese people like 坦々麺（Tantan noodle） .
This time, Tokyo Geisha will instroduce ‟たけくま”(Takekuma) that is famous for 坦々麺.
Takekuma is located near Akasaka Station of Chiyoda line in Tokyo.
There is the restaurant in an old building along the narrrow street.

 

 

At lunch time, ‟Takekuma” provides few noodles.

Bus, most of the customers order 坦々麺.

 

On the table, Chinese spice is served.

 

 

 

‟担々麺”
The taste is very nice and spicy.
It is very richy taste inluding sesami.

 

‟Freshwater clam noodle”

The soup is very good taste.

In the noodle, there is a lot of freshwatre clam.

Chinese; 泰興楼 (Taikorou）

In Tokyo, there are many chinese restaurants.
Because of lager number of chinese restaurants, it is difficult to find good restaurants.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce ‟泰興楼 ”(Taikorou) which is a chinese restaurant.
 ‟Taikorou” is located near Tokyo Station's Yaesu Exit.
At lunch time, many customers visit to have lunch there.

 

At  ‟Taikorou”, grilled dumplings are big and very famous.

Especiily it is good combination with chinese spicy's sauce.

 

 

 

‟Egg's soup”

 ‟担々麺” is one of the famous chinese noodles.

The taste is nice and spicy.
