Yoshoku; Printmeps

Napolitan is kinds of pasta in Japan.
Napolitan's sauce is not general tomato sause, japanese people use ketchp as pasat sause.
In Japan, there many restaurant to provide Napolitan.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce ‟Printemps”.
At  ‟Printemps”, Napolitan is famous.
‟Printemps” is located near Gotanda station.
At lunch time, many businessmen visit there.

‟Printemps” is not big. When there is very crowded, customers have to eat with in the same table with people who you don't know.

This is Napolitan.

At ‟Printemps”, there is a lot.

The Napolitan is fried with sliced of bacon and green pepper,ketchp.

In Tokyo, there many Yoshoku restaurants that provide various original menu.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce ‟おまかせ亭”（Omakasetei）that  is one of  Yoshoku restaurants in Shibuya.
‟Omakasetei” provides original menu that is simillar to French menu.

In Japan, there are many family restaurants, for exmple Dennys, Saizeriya...
‟Joyfull” is one of the family retaurants in Japan.
But, it is unknown for people who live in Tokyo.
Because it is established in Oita prefecture in Kyushu Area, there is no the restaurant in center of Tokyo.
Recently, it was very topical news that Joylull opened a new restaurant in Akasaka.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will intruduce ‟Joyfull”.

 

‟Joyfull” provides menu which are local dishes in Kyushu Area. 

‟長崎ちゃんぽん”(Nagasaki Chanpon)
Nagasaki Chanpon is very famous food in Nagasaki prefecture in Kyushu Area.

Kyushu Area is very famous for chicken.
‟Joyfull” provides variety of chiken menu.

Yoshoku; ぱいち（paichi）

Have your ever eaten Yoshoku?
Yoshoku is western food arranged by Japanese style.
In Edo period, some Yoshoku restaurants were established due to effect of the opening of a country.
Nowadays, Yoshoku has been evoloving. There are many kinds of Yoshoku like japanese curry rice, deepfried shrimps, humberg in Japan.
This Time Tokyo Geisha will introduce Yoshoku restaurant ‟paichi” in Asakusa.
Asakusa is well known to foreiners as sightseeing place.
In Asakusa, there are some shrines ,old restaurants, old cafe.
‟Paichi” was established in 1936. The chef is third generation.

 

At ‟Paichi”, the atmosphere is nostalgic.

Deep fried fish is nice and crispy. The taste is light tasting.
