Italian cuisine; COLOSSEO

Aroun Nakameguro Station, there are many good restaurants.

This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce an Italian restaurant ‟COLOSSEO”.

Every day, the restaurant is crowded at lunch time.

Some time, you will see that few people wait there before opening time.

One of the reason for popularity is the amount of cooking.

Italian cuisine; La pastaione

There are many Italian restaurants which provide original pasta in Tokyo.
This time, Tokyo Geisha will introduce an Italian restaurant which is listed in Michelin Guide Tokyo 2015.

‟La pastaione” is located near Azabujuban.
At ‟La pastaione”, the chef who has trained to cook in restaurants in Italy cooks original pasta.
‟La pastaione” means women who like pasta.

Spaghetti with urchin, egg plant and tomato sauce

This pasta is very famous at ‟La pastaione”.

The chef is making this tomato sause to reproduct as it which is made in Central Italy.

This sause is carefully stewed source for hours.
